Cezar Migliorin works with words and images. He is a film professor at Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) in Niterói, Brazil. He holds a PhD in Communication and Culture from UFRJ, Brazil, and from Sorbonne Nouvelle, France. Cezar is also the coordinator of the national project on cinema, education, and human rights “Inventing with Difference”.
He will speak to us about this project, which aims to provide training and support to public school educators to work with video, focusing on cinema and human rights.
