About us

Pantransa Transatlantic is a dancing continent, inhabited by people who come from France, Brazil, Chile, and other places around the world.
It is the dream of a moving territory — one that dances with the tides and takes form wherever encounters occur.
An instant community, a collective of kindred strangers, gathered by the desire to sing, dance, play, and celebrate.

A bloco de carnaval — at once procession and celebration — that knows, as every human being should, that each of us is both an artist and a reveler; it only takes surrendering to the batucada and letting oneself be carried by its rhythm.

Claiming our shared, human joy — that vital force, ultimate proof of our existence — as well as social justice and the coming together of peoples, Pantransa brings its celebration wherever it is welcomed.
Beyond Gamboa, in the center of Rio de Janeiro, and Paris’s 10th arrondissement — the two gravitational poles of the bloco — Santiago de Chile, Saint-Denis, and other lands await the landing of our ship.

As soon as we are all vaccinated, no stone will be left unturned, and Carnival will redeem us.
